Admission

The Earth Sytem Science Research School (ESSReS) is a joint initiative between the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research, Bremerhaven, the Institute for Environmental Physics at the University of Bremen, and the Jacobs University, Bremen.

Admission to ESSReS is coordinated by the Alfred Wegener Institute.

The official start of the Research School was 01 June, 2008.

The 1st ESSReS-class graduated in September 2011.

The 2nd ESSReS-class started courses in October 2011.
